You can opt-out of direct marketing at any time by following the opt-out link in each communication or by emailing optout@vipfreelancer.com.

We strive to limit direct marketing to a reasonable and proportionate level, sending communications that we believe may be relevant to you based on the information we have.

If we sell any business or assets, we will disclose your data to the prospective buyer. If we or substantially all of our assets are acquired by a third party, information held about our users will be one of the transferred assets.

Where We Process Your Personal Information

Some of the personal information you provide to us will be stored or processed on our behalf by third-party suppliers and data processors in other jurisdictions, such as the United States and Israel, where the laws may differ from those in your country. Additionally, there are transfers of personal information from the European Economic Area (EEA) to countries outside the EEA that may not provide an adequate level of data protection from a European perspective, such as the United States. For these data transfers, we provide appropriate safeguards, particularly by entering into European Union (EU) standard contractual clauses (as amended from time to time) or equivalent data transfer safeguards. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy.

For example, we maintain PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) certification for credit card payments as required. We also ensure that any third parties processing your personal information adhere to similar confidentiality and data protection standards.

However, data transmission over the internet is not completely secure. While we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to the Site. Once we receive your data, we use strict procedures and security features to prevent unauthorized access.
